The Consorzio di Tutela
The Consorzio di tutela Carota Novella di Ispica IGP, established in 2010, brings together 12 producers representing more than 50% of producers in the areas concerned by the cultivation.
It is a young, small and medium-sized, but determined consortium that intends to expand its its horizons by promoting and increasing the quantities marketed with the aim of reaching the 30% of product marketed with the PGI mark.
